This website uses no cookies: no statistical, marketing or social media cookies are placed on your device, so there is no cookie consent banner. Below we describe the cookie-free technologies the site does use.

Cookieless statistics: Umami

We measure site traffic with Umami, a cookieless statistics tool. The Umami tracking code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser: visitors are distinguished on the server side, without cookies, using an identifier derived from the IP address, the browser signature (user agent) and the website identifier. Measurement is first-party and serves solely to produce aggregate visit statistics; Umami does not follow visitors across devices or websites, builds no individual visitor profile, and we do not use the data for advertising.

Because Umami neither stores data on your device nor reads previously stored data from it, the consent requirement of Section 155(4) of the Hungarian Act C of 2003 on electronic communications (which turns on storage and access) does not apply to the measurement. IP addresses are processed transiently, solely to derive the identifier above; the legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): understanding how the site is used and improving the service. The measurement system is self-hosted by the operator, so no external analytics provider has access to the data; details are set out in the Privacy notice.

Source identifier entry (localStorage)

The website places a single entry named faedrahomes-attribution-v1 in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It is not a cookie and serves no statistical purpose: it records the arrival details of your first and most recent visit (landing page, referring page, campaign parameters and, where recognisable, the name of the referring property portal), and the website only reads it when you submit an enquiry, so that your enquiry can be matched to the correct source.

Placing this entry requires no consent for that purpose; you can delete it at any time in your browser settings, in which case source data from an earlier visit is lost and your next visit counts as a new first visit.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The enquiry form is protected from abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes technical signals during the security check but sets no cookies on your device.
